Pastor Arlene has been in ministry leadership since her transition from Pennsylvania to Hawaii in 1981.  She is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Windward Foursquare Church dba The Floor Church, Founder of Empowering Women Hawaii, Author,  Master Certified Professional Coach, and a Foursquare coach for pastors in licensure. Arlene has a passion to Equip, Encourage and Empower  women with Biblical Truths to enable them to stand spiritually strong and embrace ALL that God has called them to be. 

 

  Arlene holds an Undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts, a Graduate degree in Strategic Leadership, and is on track to receive her  Doctorate in Theology and Apologetics in 2023.  Arlene lives in beautiful Hawaii with her husband Keni.  She has two adult sons and four beautiful grandchildren.  When not leading ministry groups, planning conferences, or preaching, Arlene is walking her neighborhood (like Forrest Gump), playing her guitar or redesigning her home (AGAIN).
